Press release here:

With new shows being added to the lineup at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort’s Event Center that include acts for all ages, the property announced today its Minors in Showroom Policy. The policy states that a ticketed adult must accompany all minors under the age of 16 while in the showroom, as well as all other locations at the resort.

This policy will be enacted and enforced to ensure a safe environment when underage children are on the property. Minors are not permitted on the gaming floor. Minors 16 to 20 years of age who possess a ticket will be allowed to attend the show without adult supervision. However, any guest under age 21 must be accompanied and picked up by an adult at the Event Center entry prior to and immediately following the show.

Dropping off minors in the parking lot, at main doors or other locations is not permitted. Entry to and exit from the Event Center may only occur at the main entry doors next to the box office.

Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort unveiled its spectacular 3,000-plus seat Event Center in the fall of 2010, making it the leading events, entertainment and concert venue in the region. The massive Event Center stage is 60-foot by 40-foot and framed by large HD resolution 32-foot screens.

The facility boasts a sophisticated, state-of-the-art speaker system, as well as the highest quality theatrical lighting available and was selected to Billboard Magazine’s Top 25 Hottest Clubs in North America for two consecutive years.
