Just in case you didn’t know, the fried chicken salad sandwich at the Buxton Hall Chicken Palace inside the SWAsheville building is one of the greatest things ever created and is destined for sandwich super-stardom. I’m saying it right now. Bon Appétit Magazine will be saying it in a month or so. Everyone will be saying it by this time next year. Super. Star. Sandwich.
