More action in the River Arts District. Congrats to loyal readers Fur and Kathy on their new shop:

Hey Jason,

We just wanted to drop a line to let you know about our new store opening in the RAD. Fast Lane Electric Bikes is an electric bicycle shop co-owned by long time Ashvillians Fur Banks and Kathy Watson located just off Depot St. over in the RAD. We offer sales, service and rentals as well as a stylie selection of commuter gear such as bamboo fenders and racks, Brooks saddles, waterproof panniers etc. We carry only electric bikes and feature the Stromer, a swiss designed bike, as our top model. It is such a sweet ride. We really think that this concept will be a hit here and help more folks get on bicycles by flattening out these hills. We’ve been open around three weeks now and are trying to get the word out! Any media would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

-fur

I have to agree with Guest. ANY business that would automatically exclude half the population (the smarter half in my humble opinion) is someone who doesn’t deserve my business.

Fb sucks. Get your website constructed and advertised; I got lucky and happened upon this post right after it was put up–I was actually searching for your business! Now I can’t see anything about you because I boycott Fb.
