Farmer and Chef South presents a book talk and food tasting with The Charlotte Observer food writer and cookbook author, Kathleen Purvis. Special guest hosts include Chef Mike Moore of Seven Sows Bourbon and Larder and Blind Pig, Chef Peter Pollay of Posana who will be preparing food tastings from the cookbook. A free cocktails demo and tasting from Spirt Savvy will be complimentary with your purchased ticket.

Casey McKissick will be the featured farmer from Foothills Pasture Raised Meats. Signed cookbooks will be available for sale from Malaprops on-site. Join us for this special Farmer and Chef South event as we learn more about the fantastic history of Bourbon and how it can be incorporated delightfully into food menus and more. Limited ticket availability.

The event will be held from 5-7 p.m. on March 9 at Posana Cafe in downtown Asheville. Cost is $35 per person. Get tickets here.
