There’s a great holiday market in the former Asheville Hardware space next to the Orange Peel in downtown Asheville.
From loyal reader Chris:

Hi Jason,
I’m just trying to get the word out about the Handcrafted Holiday Market set up by the H.A.R.P. program of Arts2People. They’ve opened up the old Asheville Hardware building beside the Orange Peel as a holiday shopping resource for AVL-made gifts by Avl makers open everyday from now until Christmas.

Thanks heaps,

Chris

More from The Laurel:

The Market is open from 10–4 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10–4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The Market will also extend hours to coincide with specific Orange Peel performances.

Gift-wrapping is available and ten percent of each purchase benefits Arts2People, which will ensure future vending opportunities for local artists.

Artists at the Market are members of the new HARP program.
