    City will soon announce they are changing the name to"Minimal Enjoyment Square".
    All for the "Unusual Noise" party..willing to donate funds for a kazoo squad.

    yeah, okay, a lot of it is standard park fare, but i think this calls for an Unusual Noise Party. perhaps a glockenspiel and some tambourines could be involved.
