It’s still in the works, but we’ve got the early scoop from food trucker David “Doc” Brown:

It’s a barbecue truck with an oven and a stove and a bunch of recipes from various families in a few Southern states.  All the sides are scratch-made on the truck…and the pulled pork and sliced brisket will be wood fired and smoked.  I’m going to offer a smoked chicken salad sandwich as well.  Hot sides like a macaroni and cheese pie and calico beans.  Cold sides like cole slaw and potato salad.  Stuff your grandparents would call “food.”
Looks like this one will get rolling in April or May. More details–pics, menu and more–as they come in. Until then, get your BBQ food truck fix from El Kimchi and The Lowdown.
