I’d call this a pnav (posh North Ashvegas villa), but though it is posh, we can’t rightly consider Montford in north Ashvegas, or Pnavistan as some have dubbed it. So we need a new leet term. Any ideas?

    True, Montford is not North Asheville. I hear the Montford housing prices are even higher (well, maybe not as high as Grove Park–but pnavistan is fringe GP at best). How about Montunfordable?
