Join in a delightful immersive dinner show musical revue of the foot tapping music of American blues singer, songwriter and slide guitar player Bonnie Raitt performed by the extraordinary Sheila Gordon. The evening includes a country roots style three-course dinner.

Sheila Gordon will delight you with Bonnie Raitt hits:”Storm Warning”,”Not the Only One”, “Thing Called Love”, “Runaway”, “Nick of Time”, “Love Has no Pride”, “Love me Like a Man”, “Angel from Montgomery”, “I can’t make you Love Me”, “Something to Talk About”, etc. set in an intimate candlelit room perfect for reminiscing.

Sheila Gordon is one of Asheville’s most appealing pop singers. Sheila’s wide repertoire ranges across genres from jazz, pop, easy listening, to blues music. Bonnie Raitt, born November 8, 1949, is an American blues singer, songwriter and slide guitar player known for her roots-influenced albums which incorporated elements of blues, rock, folk and country. For this dinner event, we ask our guests to wear appropriate flamboyant blues or rock and roll flair costumes, the funkier the better. A cocktail reception followed by a three-course country roots style dinner accompanied by Sheila’s tribute to Bonnie Raitt makes for a perfect night.

ABOUT SHEILA GORDON
Born and raised in the land of the Delta Blues, Memphis, TN, Sheila Gordon has enjoyed a unique journey in music including gospel, country, blues, jazz, and her own original work. Sheila has had the gift of making music with incredibly talented players in all of these genres and has 5 albums, 3 original works and 2 with Sheila Gordon and the Downtowners-Jazz. She has performed for large venues but as a singer, songwriter, loves the intimacy of being in touch with her audiences. Music is her Zen. She loves to bring the heartfelt and shaking music of Bonnie Raitt to audiences and has in encore performances 5 times.
