Burial Beer14Here’s the note from loyal reader Jess of Burial Beer Co. on Asheville’s South Slope:

I wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know that we are extending our hours to Thursdays from 4-10PM (in addition to our Friday 4-10PM and Saturday 2-8PM hours). We will kick off these new hours this Thursday, August 1st to celebrate IPA Day.

We will be releasing our Cultivator Fresh Hop Black IPA made with local hops from OB Joyful Farms. Other beers people can look forward to is our Millstone White IPA brewed with local malts, spelt, rye and basil (this one will go fast!), Bucksaw Belgian IPA, Scythe Rye Pale Ale and Billhook, our hoppy farmhouse ale.

Hope to see you in the taproom with your pup soon!

Jess
