This is great news for the Lexington Avenue Art & Fun Festival. For the past 10 years, this wonderful festival has blossomed on Asheville’s most eclectic street. Musicians have always donated their time. But not any more:

From the Arts2People newsletter:

For the past 10 years, our amazing local musical talent has given us their time to make the festival what it is today. In an effort to give back to them for giving us so much we have created a Saturday night pub crawl. Tickets are $20 presale $25 at the door with a brand new stage on Rankin kicking off the events and 8 venues to see some amazing bands, we will be paying our musicians for the first time ever.

Support your favorite local band, support your favorite festival, and have a blast the night beofre the festival!
