I am considering a small to medium size Brewery in Asheville (3500sq. ft.) within the next 6 months interested in 15bbl. The 3 year plan would be canning/bottling in a 12,000 sq. ft. building on 3 acres(seperate from brewpub) . At this point , I’m still in the raising $$ stages but would like to start talking with interested brewers that would enjoy being in on the ground level of a startup. We already have a location available and I am just waiting to pull the trigger!
Anyone have any more info?
oh and whoever this is, that wants to invest in a brewery and canning facility . . Can I get in on this? Can we start a kick starter program or something?
if our brewers were not so lazy, they would be down with this. I mean really, do you guys need a bow on this idea, the city and the state have said . . We want a brewery . . . and our brew masters are allowing large brewers to come in, use our great water to make their beer on our grounds. Please local brewers, we want our water to support an Asheville product!
