Just a tip for anyone wanting to open a restaurant on Haywood Rd. Think about ethnic cuisine not from this hemisphere.

Given the trend for businesses on Haywood road, I think we need a used food store or food made from hair scraps.

That building looks so much better without the incredibly awkward facade. Kudos to the Second Gear owners and Trey Greer of Elm Construction for their great work and improvement to the community’s architectural aesthetic.

I’m still thinking that either pizza tacos or taco pizza will work in this town.

I’m beginning to believe that no one in Asheville cooks at home. Everybody must eat out every day in order to support all these restaurants. I think it was reported on this blog that we have more restaurants per capita than Manhatten?

Nonsense! If nobody cooked at home, how else would we be able to support the grocery stores that are helpfully located every seventy-five feet along all the major thoroughfares?

Haha I was just wondering the same thing, I’m confused why people spend so much money eating out! Do they not have kitchens?
