WNC for Change to hold candidate forum April 1

WNC for Change will host a candidate forum on Thursday, April 1, 6:30 p.m., at the Buncombe County Democratic Headquarters.

Patsy Keever and Bruce Goforth, Democratic candidates for the NC House 115 seat will participate in the forum. In addition, other Democratic candidates for office will have the opportunity to speak briefly about their candidacies.

The primary election takes place on May 4, and early voting begins on April 15.

WNC for Change is a grassroots organization formed to answer President Barack Obama’s call for a new spirit of patriotism through support of his national legislative agenda, involvement in local politics and commitment to community service.
