There appears to something strange in the murder-suicide in Dana. WLOS, the Times-News and Citizen-Times all refer to the deceased as an estranged couple. But if the Times-News obituaries for both are correct, they were also step-father and step-daughter. His wife was the mother of the dead woman. They also share at least one other survivor. Is it possible that all three news sources excercised some rare discretion here? Or is this just characteristically sloppy reporting? Could this crime be something other than as it initially seemed? Is there someone else who had a motive to murder both of the deceased? Is it time for for NBC to introduce "Law & Order: Hooterville"? So many questions, so little time …

I never noticed before but Kassandra Pride is hot. Hey I gotta have a reason to watch 13. I know I’m not gonna see any real news.

Unrelated to this day of news, but did anyone else see Friday’s morning and noon shows? Victoria had baby pictures of her son since it was his 2nd birthday. They put them up as fullscreen shots (for 3 different shows). Ahh, the credibility of our Asheville news.
