Ivonne Goodwin of Brucemont Circle in West Asheville is still missing.

From the AC-T:

City police are looking for a woman who lost contact with her friends and colleagues more than a week ago.

Ivonne January Goodwin, 32, of Brucemont Circle, was last seen about 1 p.m. June 4 at Sunny Point Cafe, 626 Haywood Road. Police say she went from the restaurant to her residence to attend an appointment with a cable television company representative.

No one has heard from her since.

“We started really getting worried Wednesday,” Kelley said “She was supposed to call me on Monday, and she never did. We were in constant contact with her friends all week. By Friday, she still hadn’t gotten in touch with anybody.”

Goodwin, who works as a sales representative for Charlotte-based The Green Goddess Group, drives a black 2010 Dodge Caliber with N.C. registration plate AML-3849. Kelley said Goodwin’s father has been ill, and it has been weighing on her.

“We just want to make sure she is safe and not harmed,” Kelley said. “As of this time, there is no indication of foul play, so we don’t know what’s going on.

“She’s very responsible and very caring. She’s just an awesome person. We’re just very, very concerned at this point.”
