Dough is the new “chef-driven market and eatery” under construction at 372 Merrimon in the former location of Compliments to the Chef.

According to its Facebook page, Dough will offer a menu of moderately-priced comfort food influenced by European and American cooking traditions, based on time-honored recipes. Current plans also include a cooking classroom.
