Twin Leaf Brewery to host Asheville’s first human Foosball tournament

This looks like fun. Here’s the note I received from loyal reader Carmen:

My name is Carmen Huffman and I am an event director with Kick it Events. I wanted to contact you about an event we’re hosting with Twin Leaf Brewery.

We’re calling it Foos-N-Brews. It’s a Human Foosball Tournament! We’ve purchased an inflatable and plan to host a monthly tournament in the parking lot behind Twin Leaf. The idea is to have 16 teams of 6 sign up. We’ll start at noon and have matches until we reach the final championship. Registration is $20 and will include a t-shirt and some other perks that are still TBD. We’re hoping to have food trucks and music to kick off the event on June 21st. The winners will of course receive a prize of some sort (still TBD).
