Note here from loyal reader Jim of the POP Project:

We need books, support, and love, and Asheville gives us all three.

We’re the POP Project, and we find new homes for used books. We donate books to prisons, homeless shelters, children in need, and other entities. We love what we do. We like to think we put the “Fun” in “Literacy Fundamentals”.

Here’s our latest video, featuring the fair City of Asheville, some local talent, and Montel Williams. Hope you enjoy it.

Any questions, comments, or if you have books to donate, please contact us through Facebook or our website: thepopproject.org

The POP Project is a 501(c)3. It is based in Asheville and began in 2009.
