They appear to be talking about a chihuahua with one of those doggie wheel chair things. I don’t know what they’re called, but it’s what they give a dog without back legs. Anyway, it appears the dog was going down hill rather quickly and was having a hard time moving its front legs to keep up. They’re discussing this while listening to Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young "Judy Blue Eyes."
