TEDxAsheville, set for Sunday, has sold out. But you can still see it. It’s a five-hour event, so if you’re interested in the speaker line-up, here it is, in order of appearance. There are a couple of intermissions and some entertainment built in along the way:

    All in all, this line-up is pretty underwhelming. What's the point of this localized version of TED conferences? What are attendees supposed to come away with (other than emptied wallets)? I don't get it.
