Tattoo star Ami James to open shop in downtown Asheville

ami_james_2013Star tattoo artist Ami James has confirmed that he’s planning to open up shop in downtown Asheville. From Ami James on Twitter in response to a direct question about his plans in town:

@BlogAsheville I have a space in downtown asheville . But that’s all the info I can say for now 🙂

James is co-owner of a tattoo shop in Miami Beach that is the subject of a reality TV show called Miami Ink that airs on the TLC channel. He moved to New York and the show NY Ink followed. More on James at wiki.
