This is the awesome crew of StoryCorps. They had just arrived when I stopped by Monday after work to get a snap of their Airstream. I was so excited that they were here that I forget to ask them their names. !

Want to tell a story? Here’s the deal: you make a reservation, either online or by calling, and it’s first-come, first-serve. The trailer is set up in the parking lot on Broadway across from WCQS, who is hosting StoryCorps.

More reservations will open up on Friday, March 27. Call 800-850-4406. Or click here to make a reservation online. The gang urged me to tell people to put themselves on the waiting list, because they often have openings that come along.

Everybody knows StoryCorps, right? Poignant personal tales told by family and friends to family and friends. Amazing stuff. I’m excited to have them here in Asheville.
