FI Realty, LLC has purchased the 35,800-square-foot retail property at 90 Highland Center Blvd in Ashville, NC. 84 Lumber Co. sold the property for $1 million or about $28 per square foot.

The retail property consists of 24,400-square-foot-main building and a 11,400-square-foot storage facility. It sits on 3.72 acres.

The seller was represented in-house by Bethany Weight. The buyer was also self-represented.
