This is a complete joke. To bad such a lovely park is home for panhandlers, druggies. and transients 24/7. Anyone that works right on the park knows to well how the city turns a blind eye to the drug traffic going on there. Even that expensive bathroom has become a place to shoot up and score some change from tourist.
