   I wonder what they have in mind for that little courtyard in the middle… at least, I hope that’s a courtyard and not just a place for cars to drive through into the parking deck.

   I would have made the parking garage taller so it wouldn’t take up so much space. The parking deck in Green Square Raleigh is so much prettier and taller. The parking deck shouldn’t just be a concrete slab. Those extra designs and perhaps blue color/lights would really.

      now that would be really nice, make it taller and incorporate brick and maybe some artistic elements that are graffiti and vandal proof.

      Nothing like Asheville residents to provide their personal recommendations to people willing to pony up millions to improve a derelict piece of property. I’m sure that they have no idea what they’re doing, and all.

         It would depend on the placement of the buildings and possibly the amount of green-space in between. A taller parking deck would give the parking deck a better view like the Green Square Parking Deck in Raleigh which is actually connected to government building/nature research facility which is itself connected to a skywalk/bridge. The views are tremendous from both the buildings and parking deck.

            Not actually saying the one in Raleigh is perfect. I would definitely make some color/design improvements there too.
