Reza Setayash, the owner of the popular Rezaz restaurant in Biltmore Village, is planning to open up a pizza place out in Fairview. I first heard about this on Saturday, and now the Hendersonville Epicurean has blogged it:

If all goes according to plan, Piazza, which will occupy all of the space shown above, will open this Fall. This new pizzeria is on Hwy 74(across from AC Reynolds High School, Ingles and CVS) at number 301 in Eastwood Village.

With Reza involved, Piazza will be anything but an average pizzeria. I’ve been told, with no lack of enthusiasm, that a special 5,000 pound oven with three heat sources is being installed. And from what I could see through the windows, the interior will be finished beautifully.

Awesome!
