Not many folks showed up Saturday afternoon for the Sourwood Festival in Black Mountain. The weather was downright nasty.

    Thanks Dog.
I love Black Mountain. I was hangin’ at the Town Pump back when it was cool – before they ruined it a few years ago by "remodeling." Love the Drip.

But yesterday’s weather for the festival absolutely sucked. Still, that didn’t deter me from supporting the Owen High band by buying a barbecued half-chicken, half a rack of ribs AND a bbq sammich.

Ash, come back to Blk Mt. today! the weather is nice and Blk mt. is the bomb! sorry you had such crappy weather but we here in Blk Mt. like our little homely festival, stop in to the town pump or the watershed for a delicious beer. Oh and if coffee is your thing try out the original dripolator for the best coffee in the world, and my fathers pizza is also the bestest ever! Long live Blk Mt.!

    Cheers,
    BRD
