ASHEVILLE – The Asheville Police Department responded to an alarm call early this morning at the Fisherman’s Quarters Restaurant located on Patton Ave.  Upon arrival Officers located a point of entry and a suspect inside the business.  After entry and building search, the suspect was found hiding in a store room at the rear of the business.

After arrest and notification of the owners, it was determined that the suspect, Curtis Montgomery, B/M, 05-29-60, had stolen by consumption:

4 bottles of Beer

½ of a cheesecake
