New web site launching in February 2010 to promote Asheville beer

Here’s the news from loyal reader Richard Brown, who posted a comment about a pub crawl happening in Asheville on Saturday. Brown says he’s starting a web site called AshevilleMicrobreweries.com:

Perfect timing! We will be launching a new web site to promote all of the microbreweries in Asheville and WNC by 2/1, http://www.asheville-microbreweries.com. The pub crawl will give me an excellent opportunity to shoot photos of hopheads enjoying themselves. On our web site there will be a hopheads photo gallery. Looking forward to it.

I’m happy to see this news. I don’t think there’s a been a site devoted to all of Asheville’s breweries since my Asheville PubCrawl site (still mysteriously available on Charter’s servers but not updated since 2007). Best of luck!
