Street artists Ted and Sam gave a facelift to the side of the building that houses Twice Round and the Scooter Doctor on the corner of Haywood and Louisiana.

I think they were asked to preserve the original tags (“Love is a battlefield,” “sissy pants”). The artists said the tenants paid for their materials.

Check out what the side of the building used to look like here.

Looks good but I don’t think the artists want their names on here

Thanks for noting that payment was for materials only, even though i think the artists should be also paid for their time/talent. Businesses who want to promote murals need to realize that it costs and while the artists do this out of the need to create, they also deserve payment.
