Come check out some awesome local businesses in the “up-and-coming East-West Asheville!” The Anam Cara Collective, Hip Thrift, and Short Street Cakes are teaming up to hold a FREE community festival for our sweet little section of the neighborhood between the River Arts District and West Asheville Main. There will be music, hula-hooping demos, face-painting, games, cupcakes, an outdoor market, thrifty sales, and more! There will also be a free clogging workshop with Ellie Grace at noon inside The Anam Cara Collective, so come get your dance on! Spread the word and help us reclaim this fantastic part of West Asheville!

    So this is different from or in conjunction with the East-West festivals that the Circle Asheville and that block was doing for a while? I think it was every 2nd Saturday of the month or something… it would be nice to see them all team up for one big/better organized event each month…
