New clearance store, Specialz, getting up and running in Woodfin

Looks like it is located in the old Skate-Around-USA building on Merrimon Avenue aka Weaverville Highway out in Woodfin.

    It is located in the former Do-It-Best Citizens Hardware store. Have not gone inside yet. What happened to the hardware store owners?
