The Montford Park Players will open their 2010 season by staging “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) May 20 through May 30 at 7:30 p.m. each night.

The group put this show up last year (thus my photo above) and it was one of the funniest local performances I’ve seen in a long time. If you’ve never been out to see the Montford Park Players, get out and support them. They’re a real Asheville treasure, and nothing beats a summer nights stretched out on the grass in Montford Park to watch a great group of actors doing their thing.
