may_day_2013Folks are planning to rally around the Vance Monument on Wednesday at 4 p.m. There’s a march planned from there. It’s a celebration of International Workers’ Day. A few years back, a group of people went nuts on the streets of downtown and smashed windows and generally created a little havoc.

Ironically, I feel like smashing things this year. Where do I got for that?

I am sure there are plenty of smashables at your home. I will be glad to come over and help.

@Murphy, We never went away. Come grab a cup of coffee at Firestorm Cafe & Books and I’ll be happy to tell you about all our scary community projects — feeding the homeless, organizing giveaways, sending books to prisoners, starting co-ops, etc.
