From the Asheville Police Deaprtment:

The Asheville Police Department is asking for assistance in locating 46 year old John Russell Stevens of Asheville. Stevens has an active warrant for his arrest for Indecent Liberties with a Child. Stevens is a black male 5’10” 195 lbs.
