   DOCTOR Mumpower makes himself a laughingstock. No one with a PhD calls them self doctor outside of academia or the clinical setting, unless they are an arrogant *&^(. He’s a self important grandstanding idiot who likes to appear as if he is doing something. The sad thing is, with his background and his position he has the resources to make a meaningful impact on social problems, but he chooses to block the carrying of large bags at the Civic Center instead. Because we all know that dots of acid or meth or crack or weed take up a lot of space. No one could possibly carry it on their person. It was really funny to see Dr M congratulating himself on TV about the nice sober concert he facilitated. He wasn’t watching the same people leave that I did. He’s an ass. The masks were funny.

   Probably nothing…they just re-assigned people. But that does mean that parts of the city weren’t as protected as they should have been.

   Still, the guy is just enforcing the law. At least Mumpower actually tries to DO THINGS.

   Bellamy and Freeborne and all those other idiots can’t go to the bathroom without the opinions of 13 independent fact finding commitees.

   According to the WLOSers last night, Crazy Carl’s manic crusade at the Panic concert netted a single arrest–for underage drinking. Good job. I wonder how much the extra cops at the civic center cost Ashvegas taxpayers?
