   Liquor cicles are those 10cc honda lawnmowers you see around town. Vespas aren't cheap, so I'm pretty sure folks ride those for the fuel economy, status and vintage appeal as opposed to being drunks.

   Ah, scooters. Nearly perfect transportation if you can handle two wheels and possess the skill of balance.

   And skils?! About 4 times what a car driver has to master.

   Next time you see a "liquor cycle" think again. That scooter is getting better fuel economy than your box.
