Press release here from loyal reader Kimberly:

Feburary 12th 2011

Couples Yoga

2-4 pm

Local instructors, Kimberly Drye and Ethan Burns, lead partners through a relaxing program of breathing, gentle stretching, meditation, and assisted Yoga poses. Couples begin class with rhythmic pranayama breathing, seated back to back. Throughout the class, couples assist their partners with stretching and standing poses. Class closes with a gentle neck, face, and head massage, just before a restful Savasana. Bring a special someone for an evening of sharing and connecting through Yoga and massage. Class is open to couples of any configuration, and no prior Yoga experience is necessary. Class size is limited so register early to reserve your space.

To register call 828-254-7756.

Thanks so much,

Kimberly Drye, Certified Yoga Instructor
