Why is there a helicopter over my head this morning? All morning, this damn thing has been making passes right over my house every 15-20 minutes or so. Low passes. Loud passes. It’s starting to piss me off.

I think it’s a Blackhawk, but I’m not sure. In the past, the National Guard and local cops have used these whirlybirds to search for marijuana patches, but I haven’t heard of them making any finds lately.

The most creative patch found that I recall was in the median of I-240 near the farmer’s market. There’s a big swath of grown-up land between he highways right where Brevard Road crosses the interstate there, and apparently somebody with a green thumb had been working a big patch right in front of everyone.
