Haywood County to build next phase of White Oak landfill

Haywood County is looking to pre-qualify bidders interested in the phase 3 construction of its White Oak landfill. The project includes: the construction of 8.8 acres of lined landfill, incuding about 300,000 cubic yards of earchwork, a liner system, leachate collection and pumping system, etc.
