From the Zanesville Times Recorder:

COSHOCTON — Joseph Sean McVey won’t get the maximum sentence for having a gun at the airport where President Barack Obama was, his North Carolina defense attorney said.

McVey, 23, formerly of Coshocton, is scheduled to appear in a Buncombe County (N.C.) Court today. He is charged with a horn and warning device violation and one count of going armed to the terror of the people, his defense attorney, James Mills, of Asheville, N.C., said. Both charges are misdemeanors.

McVey was arrested in April after he got out of his car at the Asheville, N.C., airport where Air Force One was departing with President Obama.
