Don’t despair, my pretties, we here at Ashvegas are slowly getting back to normal after a blowout weekend of Bele Chere.

What’s coming up? Well, we’re working on putting up some photo galleries of the festival before it gets too cold. We may also have a few random Bele Chere posts if the feeling strikes. You can also look forward to similar photo-type coverage of Goombay on the Block, which is coming up soon, as well as the state fair in September. We’re not going to kill ourselves bringing you these parties, but we had such fun at Bele Chere that we’ll try and keep up the good work.

We’ve been remiss in keeping up the “what you said” page, and you’ve been saying a lot. You know you can read all the comments under each post, but it’s fun to bring them all together on the same page.

And as always, we’ll be keeping our eye on our favorite local TV news readers.
