I’m sorry I missed the Hooters’ bikini contest last week right here in Ashvegas. It was a great chance to support charity (and Hope, and Faith, and the rest.

The event went down mid week, and with all my focus on the upcoming holiday weekend, I totally zoned out and missed my chance to check it out and support a Methodist charity (this is true, although it makes no sense).

Some 20 to 25 lovies, most all of them Hooters Girls employed by the restaurant, competed for the chance to move on in competition and win the title of top Hooters girl, or something like that. The place was packed with a horde of drunken men (and a few women, too – hey, this is Asheville) and a local panel of judges weighed in on how the girls wore their “club wear” and then their itsy bitsy bikinis.

Most of the girls didn’t really work it, but a few did, and a dark-haired beauty won, Ashvegas is told. If anyone has any photos of this charitable fund-raiser, please forward them to me at [email protected].

Just trying to be charitable here, people.

Nice post you dirty objectifier. At least they’re not disquising this as a “scholarship” contest.
