This is kinda cool. From the Asheville Citizen-Times:
Country music star Dierks Bentley is coming to Asheville to record his new album. The big question remains – where will he work?
Bentley, a multiple Grammy nominee who has appeared here several times including a 2004 breakout show at the Mountain State Fair, will be recording his sixth album for Capitol Nashville, according to a release from his publicity agency.
He’s spent the last four months writing songs for the album, which will be produced by Jon Randall Stewart.
“We’re going to hunker down for a few weeks and live and breathe this record,” Bentley said in a statement.

These days fans are lucky enough to follow their favorite stars on Twitter or Facebook to keep up with the latest updates and pictures from the recording studio, but Dierks is taking it one step further. Beginning January 30, Dierks will stream a live video, 24 hours a day, through his website, so that fans can actually watch him work on the new music.
Bentley is scheduled to play the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in Asheville in April.
