Press release here:

Chef In Motion just celebrated its’ 6th year anniversary this past January.  Due to lease complications we were forced to close Chef In Motion’s 57 Victoria Rd. location February 1, 2010.

Our quaint little restaurant fell casualty to hospital expansion ambitions.  We would like to thank all of our customers for their support.  We have made so many close friendships and our experience there enriched our lives.  Come see our new space!

Wasting no time, we signed a new lease, February 15th, for our new location at 900 Hendersonville Road, Suite 201, Asheville, NC.  Our new location comes with a name change…………………….

Chef Mo’s Restaurant & Bar

Chef Mo and I feel fortunate to relocate in such a big, beautiful space, so we can shift our concept to serve more guests.  The private dining room seats 50; this space alone allows us to accommodate more people than the old restaurant.  The new restaurant will enable us to open for traditional dining for lunch and dinner, with an exciting new evening menu and after we get our feet on the ground, the private dining room will allow us to stay true to our roots of custom menu dining.  The main dining room seats 60.  Now we will also have a full service bar seating 20.  Soon after opening, we will be offering lunch delivery with a new restructured schedule; we’ll keep you posted on that.  Our lunch menu is virtually the same.

New Hours Of Operation

Lunch  M-F         11:00-2:00

Dinner M-Th           5:00-9:30

F &Sat        5:00-10:30

We Are Now Open For Lunch & Dinner

We are only 2 miles from our old location, so we hope our loyal customers will find us.

There is plenty of parking, but our biggest challenge in our new location is the restaurant entrance.

900 Hendersonville Rd. Suite 201

The entrance is on the back south end of the Forest Center North office complex.

Look for our new logo on the monument signs flanking Forest Center North complex, turning onto Seminole.

Wild Flower, Amaci and Forest Blue were previous tenants.

The majority of parking is in the back; however you can park in the front of the complex and enter up the outside staircase on the south end of the building.  From Interstate 40, we are 1.3 mi. on the right, just past Ingles.

Brenda and Chef Mo are excellent at what they do! Consider them for a private party for a birthday or anniversary. You will be amazed at the food, the service and the entire experience!
