Bulldog broke loose Ashvegas’ second celebrity post, by none other than Tammy, of the Ken and Tammy show.
(Tammy is Ashvegas’ second big celebrity post. Our first was by none other than Cherub Charu, chiming in to declare her everlasting love for her soon hubby-to-be. By the way, Charu, we want first crack at your exclusive Monsoon Wedding photos. No lie.)

Bulldog as you’ll recall (see earlier post) ranted on the need for local radio talk show hosts to do a little less talking. I think I can quote him here: “JUST SHUT UP.

Here’s Tammy’s good-natured response:

I would, hah, hah, hah, respond, hah, hah, hah, but, oh my, I’m toooooo busy laughing!!!

Point well taken! Especially about shuttin’ up and lettin’ our guests say something. The commercials … well, that I can’t help with. Us hushin’ – absolutely.

Thanks for taking us to task. You certainly do not suffer fools lightly!

By the way, I LOVE your blog and have been following it for quite a while. Keep up the good work.

Tammy is one live wire and has, in my estimation, the best laugh in radio. It’s throaty and full and infectious. We’re jealous of her yellow-submarine-car thingy she gets to drive.

No, Tammy, you keep up the good work. (But maybe with a little less talking.)

After her graceful response to a little heat sent her way (but not only Tammy, it was “Ken and Tammy” along with “Bill and Pat”), she’s earns my respect. Banter all you want with Kenny boy, but when you’ve got an interview going on, turn down the mic and listen.
