Maybe it’s a hoarse grandmother drag queen!
I’m sitting here listening to my daily dose of one-sided, right-wing propaganda by that pig Mark Hyman. Nothing that WLOST has done in recent years pisses me off quite so much as their airing this asshole and allowing his inane rants to go unanswered. I disconnected the WLOSERs from my home a long time ago, but unfortunately am still subjected to them at work.
Here’s another thing that really pisses me off about WLOST: the volume of their commercials. Like right now that annoying Carpet and Home wench with the really irritating voice is screaming about the carpets and bopping all over the place. Seems like all their commercials are way louder than the inane chatter in their newscasts. Is this normal? Because I have seen other TV stations that don’t seem to have such a wide differential in their volume levels.
The Ramble commercial is a different kind of annoying: as you say, creepy. But hey, it was part of George Vanderbilt’s original estate! So we can all have our own little part of the estate of Georgy Boy built with all the money he inherited from his railroad baron daddy. Woop de doo.
It is a lot easier to count the WLOST personalities that don’t irritate the hell out of me than the ones that do. The decent ones are Tammy, Susan Mundy, Russ Bowen and Mary Jedleka (sic). Darcel may be an icon, but she pronounces hungry “hongry” And Stan…well, that guy is just played. I know he is a nice guy and all, but he needs to change something.
The number one most annoying? One word. WickerSHAM!
Flame away, WLOS loyalists
