Press release here:

Blue Ridge CrossFit is excited to annouce that it has moved to the Airport Design Center in Fletcher, NC. The new location will allow Blue Ridge CrossFit to offer a more spacious, workout-friendly environment closer to growing South Asheville. Blue Ridge CrossFit offers a unique CrossFit “workout of the day” (or W.O.D.) using a combination of kettlebells, free weights, running, rowers, calisthenics, Olympic lifting, medicine balls and more! You can never get bored. The other beauty of Blue Ridge CrossFit is that adults of any age or size can do the workouts. The trainers instruct you on proper form and provide plenty of encouragement. Workouts are timed, yet you go at your own pace and choose the amount of weight. The workouts are short and intense. The results are immediate. You’ll see your weight decrease, and your muscle tone increase. When a W.O.D eventually repeats, you try to beat your last time. A great way to see how far you’ve come! There is no reason to be intimidated at Blue Ridge CrossFit. The trainers constantly challenge toward your fitness goals and can also provide direction toward other lifestyle changes including diet modification. Blue Ridge CrossFit is a great match for anyone tired of the big box gyms and looking for results!

Blue Ridge CrossFit is located in the Airport Design Center at 21 Design Avenue, Suite 21B, Fletcher, NC.
