For the first time in four years, Biltmore will open rooms never before seen by the public. The Louis XV Suite restoration of four guest bedrooms on the second floor of Biltmore House will give visitors a true sense of Biltmore House as a family home. When guests enter the Louis XV Suite for the first time this spring, they will understand one thing perfectly clear: Biltmore was much more than a magnificent house when George Vanderbilt opened it on Christmas Eve 1895 – it was a home, alive with family, friends and children.
